The following conditions apply for reservation cancellations where the reservation cancellation assurance package is not purchased.

95% of the total reservation price for cancellation and refund requests made 30 days before

75% of the total reservation price for cancellation and refund requests made 30 – 8 days before

50% of the total reservation price for cancellation and refund requests made 7 – 4 days before

It will be returned to the GUEST. Refund can be by credit card or bank transfer.

No fee will be refunded for cancellation and refund requests made 3 days or less.

For cancellations made in 3 days or less; The total price of the reservation can be used in the form of payment of the accommodation fee to be determined by the GUEST and to be purchased by the HOTEL on another date when the HOTEL is available, after the 1 night NO-SHOW penalty fee has been deducted.

If the new reservation price is less than the previous reservation price, the remaining amount will not be refunded.

DEATH AND TRAVEL DISABILITY

The amount paid for the service is refunded to the GUEST, provided that he or his first-degree relatives have a 10-day disability that hinders their habitual occupation, which coincides with the tour period, with an official report from a full-fledged state hospital or in case of death, provided that this is documented.

In this case, the report and documents will be submitted before the start of the service.

If this happens during the continuation of the ACCOMMODATION service, the excuse must be submitted to the HOTEL with the document within maximum 1 day from the date of departure of the GUEST from the HOTEL.

In this case, the remaining amount will be refunded after the days of stay are deducted from the total reservation price.

RESERVATION TRANSFER

The GUEST can transfer the hotel reservation he/she has made to any person he/she wishes up to 15 days before the start of the accommodation date. The transferee is jointly and severally liable with the transferor for the balance and the costs incurred due to the transfer.
